Registration cancellation policy
- Cancellations will be valid only if notified in writing to the Technical Secretariat (fgu@usal.es).
- For cancellations received before 9 April 2024, no penalty will be applied and a full refund will be given.
- Cancellations received on or after 9 April 2024 will not be accepted and no registration fee will be refunded.
- Registered participants will not have any right to claim compensation from the Organisation if the Conference has to be cancelled or delayed due to unexpected causes or force majeure, and will not be entitled to claim compensation if the programme is changed due to the non-attendance of any of the guest speakers.
